You can now download our new strength and conditioning class timetable for the upcoming month.

Whats this?

  • This will show you what each day's workout for the month will be.
  • You can follow our exact program even while travelling with work or on holiday
  • If you only do 2 classes per week You can follow the other 3 days workouts in open gym. They should only take 30 mins each so two sessions could be done in a one hour open gym session. Write your name, exercise and weight lifted on our board and we will log it in our system.
